Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below. If an item has a different processing time, this will be stated on the product page or communicated before dispatch.
Domestic Delivery (Australia)
Sydney metro: estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Other areas in Australia: estimated 2–8 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery
United States: estimated 6–12 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: estimated 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Other available destinations and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of public holidays, customs clearance, weather, carrier disruption or other events outside our control.
Shipping Rates and Total Cost
Available shipping methods and the exact shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place and pay for your order. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after checkout. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Order Fulfilment Location
Depending on stock availability, an order may be dispatched from our Australian warehouse or an overseas fulfilment location. The item, price and quantity will not be changed without your agreement. If fulfilment location materially changes the estimated delivery time, we will contact you before dispatch.
Tracking
We will email tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Carrier tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing updates.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently offered. Please do not visit the address to collect an order.
Returns
